1. Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Faulty, defective, or incorrect items received
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery for approval

Non-eligible items:

  • Consumables (till rolls, ink ribbons, labels)
  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase

Process:

  • Contact support@tillsense.com with order number and reason for return.
  • Our team reviews and issues RMA if approved.
  • Return items securely with original packaging and accessories.

Timeline:

  • Returns processed within 3–7 working days after receipt.
  • Refunds issued via original payment method.

Exclusions:

Exchanges:

  • Faulty items may be exchanged for replacement units when applicable.
