Eligibility:
- Faulty, defective, or incorrect items received
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery for approval
Non-eligible items:
- Consumables (till rolls, ink ribbons, labels)
- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
- Products without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
Process:
- Contact support@tillsense.com with order number and reason for return.
- Our team reviews and issues RMA if approved.
- Return items securely with original packaging and accessories.
Timeline:
- Returns processed within 3–7 working days after receipt.
- Refunds issued via original payment method.
