TillSense operates as an online store based in Vanderbijlpark, with a professional home office setup in Vereeniging for product viewings. Customers can book online to see live demos, view samples, or request a one-on-one consultation.

Yes, we offer on-site installation currently in Gauteng and the Free State only, and also do Remote setup anywhere in South Africa. Full testing at the TillSense office before dispatch. You choose what works best for your business.

Returns

Yes, if you request it within 7 days. The item is in unused, original condition. You return all packaging and cables. Note: items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.

Shipping

Delivery normally takes: 1–2 working days in Gauteng and 2–3 working days nationwide

Absolutely. Every POS system or cash register comes with Free 30-day remote support for initial setup: live chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email support. or (Optional) paid remote premium support sessions for once-off or monthly plans.
