TillSense operates as an online store based in Vanderbijlpark, with a professional home office setup in Vereeniging for product viewings. Customers can book online to see live demos, view samples, or request a one-on-one consultation.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes:
1–3 working days in Gauteng
2–5 working days nationwide
We use reliable couriers and provide full tracking.
Do you offer setup and installation?
Yes. We offer:
- Onsite installation (Gauteng only)
- Remote setup anywhere in South Africa

Do your POS systems work with my business type?
Yes. TillSense POS solutions are designed for retail shops, salons, barbers, restaurants, bottle stores, hardware shops, spaza shops, boutiques, and takeaways.
If you handle sales, stock, or customers, our POS systems are compatible.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Absolutely. Every POS system comes with:
Free 30-day remote support for initial setup.
(Optional) premium support sessions or monthly plans

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, if: You request it within 7 days
The item is in unused, original condition.
You return all packaging and cables.
Note: Items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.

1. What items can I rent from TillSense?
You can rent cash registers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, label printers, and full POS hardware bundles.
2. How long can I rent equipment for?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. You can also extend your rental if you need extra time.
3. Do you take a deposit?
Yes, some rental items may require a refundable deposit depending on the hardware type and rental duration.
4. How do I book a rental?
Choose your rental product, fill out the rental form, make payment, and we will prepare your equipment for delivery or collection.
5. Do you deliver rentals nationwide?
Yes. We ship rentals anywhere in South Africa.
Gauteng customers may also collect or return hardware in person.
6. Are the rentals pre-programmed?
Yes, all rental units are fully programmed and ready to use, including departments, VAT settings, basic receipt setup, and date/time configuration.
7. What happens if I need help using the rental equipment?
You get access to WhatsApp, call, and remote support during your rental period.
8. What happens if I damage or lose the equipment?
A repair or replacement fee may apply depending on the extent of the damage. This is explained in the rental terms & conditions.
9. Can I upgrade or switch my rental equipment?
Yes, you can request an upgrade or switch to a different device if available.
10. Can I buy the item after renting it?
Yes, most rental items can be purchased at a discounted price after your rental period.
11. Do rentals include till rolls or label rolls?
Consumables are not included but can be added when ordering.
12. When does the rental period start?
Your rental starts on the day of delivery or collection.
13. How do I return the equipment?
Return via courier, drop-off, or request a collection quote.
