12 Months Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

Thank you for choosing TillSense for your cash register needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the reliability and performance of our cash registers. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage:

1. Warranty Period:

​

Our cash registers and hardware accessories comes with a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to your purchase receipt or confirmation email for the exact warranty duration.

2. Coverage:

​

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, and workmanship issues. It includes repairs or replacements necessary to restore your cash register to proper working condition.

​

 3. Exclusions:

​

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond the normal intended use. Consumable parts, such as paper rolls and ink ribbons, are not covered under this warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process: 

 

In the event of an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@tillsense.com.

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as photos or videos.

  • Our team will guide you through troubleshooting steps or initiate the return and replacement process if necessary.

5. Return and Replacement:

​

If your cash register needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please pack the product securely, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
Once received, our technicians will assess the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements.

6. Terms and Conditions:

​

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • TillSense reserves the right to void the warranty if it is determined that the product has been subjected to unauthorized repairs or alterations.
