Return & Exchange for TillSense

At TillSense, we aim to provide our customers with top-notch products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations or requirements. Therefore, we have crafted the following return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

 

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

​

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Software licenses or downloadable products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. Return Process:

​

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Customer Service Email support@tillsense.com / 060 888 4041 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds:

​

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 4 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

​

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

7. Restocking Fee:

​

  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or specialized items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
